Undervolting the new A8-A10 chips, is it possible?

If you board has the option to lower the voltage... of course! Give a try and report back!
 
Not locked for voltage and if it's the right version the multi is unlocked as well.
 
The ones with "K" following the model number have unlocked multipliers.
 
You would have to look at the manual for the mobo and see what it says for Cpu Voltages in the manual. Some cannot set manually to a lower Vcore but some have the possibility of setting a minus offset Vcore which subtracts a voltage from the VIDD that the cpu is reporting to the mobo for it to supply for the cpu.

From where I sit it would certainly be worth getting the mobo manual from the mobo website and making sure of what I was buying. Saves pain later.
