Overclocking Lower Limit, ¡Help!

i7 4770k, Maximus vi Hero, DDR3 trident 2400mHz, Gigabyte GTX 660

I want to achieve a 4.2 GHz Overclock with a decent BIOS configuration.

I also would like to know if OC'ing a graphics card can be done through my BIOS? If not, is MSI Afterburner my best bet?

If it's a discrete GPU ie the GTX 660 you posted then no, it's can't be done through the BIOS, Afterburner, Precision X are a couple that you can use.
