A second 6970 or a 8350 upgrade

Which one of these components would give me the largest performance boost? a Second 6970 or a 8350 to replace my current 8150. I've just come into a bit of money and I can get a second hand 6970 for $150, which I'm looking to do.

How about selling the 6970 for $150 and picking up a new $300-350 GPU? SLI/Xfire is never as smooth as a single more powerful video card.

Your CPU is a bit of a clunker but I still say GPU over CPU.

A second 6970 or a 8350 upgrade
