Is this a sign of GTA V being released on PC?

I saw on G2A that they have a pre-order for GTA V, but the platform is unknown here.

Is it finally coming to PC? Anyone hear news about it? Kinda want to play it.

There is no doubt it will come to pc, the question has always been when

It's a bit strange that there's no news now that I think about it. It's been 7 months since the console release date.

It took 7 months for GTA IV to release on PC
7 months for San Andreas
6 months for Vice City.
7 months for GTA III

If I had to guess I'd say it's coming out on PC/PS4/XBONE at the same time and that's why it's later than usual.
