G1.Guerilla shuts off at BIOS!

Hey guys, I'm new the site but i wanted to see if I can get some help from you guys. I have a Custom built PC with G1.Guerilla LGA1366 motherboard and it shuts off on me less than a minute into the boot screen everytime I turn it on. If you have answers or tips i can use please reply thank you very much! Much appreciated !

Can you give us a full list of the parts in your computer? Model and manufacturer (Example: Corsair HX1000w PSU, Gigabyte GTX480 SOC GPU, etc)
Did you just build it? Did you build it a while ago?
How long has it been doing this?

-EVGA geforce gtx 680 video card
-1200w silent pro gold cooler master PS
- 3xCorsair 4GB RAM
-Arc cool GPU cooling fan system DC 12v
