Samsung ssd rma

Hey everyone,
I'm just wondering about your experience with Samsung and their rma process.
I personally am a bit peeved with them as I bought a evo 500 and it was dead after two days. Not detectable in bios. I sent it back and a week later they sent me a refurb version.
Anyone else have any similar experience with Samsung?

Shouldn't it have been sent to the seller if it had only been two days??

Possibly, but I forgot about asking newegg about it. (my blunder) When parts break my default brain process is to rma it.
