Online bookmarks?

Does anybody know of a webapplet or program that you could use to bookmark your favorte pages, and then access them from a different computer? I need something like this, At work through a seroutes of links a guide you want for at home. so then you book mark it. then when you get home you would access your online bookmark thing and go to that website.

my yahoo has a place you can store online bookmarks... just a thought because you ould see your my yahoo page from anywhere.
