To make your own bios you must download a tool called
CMOS Tool 1.0 which works good under Win98

For win2k or XP you have to use another tool also called CMOS TOOL

The program will ask you lenght of the CMOS which is 128 bytes
the you have to replace the values with the following ones:
100/100 70h=44 71h=2F
100/133 70h=48 71h=3F
112/112 70h=45 71h=2F
124/124 70h=66 71h=3F
133/133 70h=6C 71h=3F
138/138 70h=6D 71h=3F
150/150 70h=6E 71h=3F
(166/166 70h=6f 71h=3F) <= not sure with this values
couldn't get my system bootable at 166/166
It worked fine with BIOS version 011215 it also should work with other Bios versions (i hope so)
I hope you know the risks. But clearing cmos should delete wrong values and settings
