texting a computer


i am wondering how people text a computer thru there mobile phones and the computer displays or accepts them.

i saw that on sms websites. and they can text using the computer!!!

how do they do that? wat programming language did they use???

yes texting. mobile phones sending messages to computers. hw do they do that? wat language?

since i think you mean text messaging (it's a protocol) that's WAP and WML.
