How big do I need to go?

I want to run a 156w Pelt and the computer off of 1 PSU.

The specs of the pelt are as follows:

Imax = 16.1 Amps

Qmax = 156 Watts

Vmax = 15.8 Volts

If I have to use two PSUs what are my options, and how do I set it up?

Oh yeah and can I run that pelt on air? With an Alpha PAL8045 and 68cfm Delta, I was considering upgrading to an 80CFM will I notice a big difference?
