ram and OS

Win 2k and Win XP (all flavors) will be able to manage all the memory you can throw at them. The limits of the size of the sticks of ram you can use will depend on your motherboard. The timings to tweak the memory to work its fastest will be in the bios.

Do both versions of xp, both pro and home support 4 gig or only pro? If both support 4gig of ram what is the benefit of using pro?
