If I'm running my system bus at 553 does that mean my RAM is running @ 1106 MHZ since it's dual? My system clock is 138 MHZ.
 
Yep. The memory bus is quad pumped with two channels, so 138X4=552X2=1104 (but in reality, the FSB might really be 138.2 and is rounded to 553 or something similar).
 
Do you see the arrow pointing to the right on the top of WCPUID, next to "Processor # 1"? Don't remember if it is done in "Version 3.0", but in "Version 3.0f" you can get your memory speed. Click on that arrow, then towards the bottom you should see a box for Memory with you memory size and speed.
