3 D Mark Error.... Any Suggestions

Video Card: All in Wonder 128
P3 975 (OC)
ASUS CUSL2

After OCing my P3, I tried to run 3 D Mark and received this message

3 D Mark could not initialize your 3 D accelerator.

Try to download your display settings

DirectX Error Message

P_D3D::allocate Map - Create Texture(for a rendertarget) failed

D3DERR_OUOFVIDEOMEMORY

Is my video card too weak for this program. I do have DirectX 8.1 installed Thank you

either your PIII OC is not stable or your video card does not have enough memory to run 3dmark...to check if that is the problem try running it at lowest resolution....
