bios keeps resetting,help!

i can tearn my pc on and off all day long but whenever i tern it of overnight it keeps resetting cmos does any one know what may make this happen????

Have you tried replacing the battery?

Not all batteries are fresh even if they are new

This may be a dumb question but have you ever cleared the cmos and perhaps put the jumper back on wrong?? Just a thought.
