Came across it while surfing the net. I would like to know the concepts involved on this, and it looks good too. Anyone know anything about it?

I found the site that has it along with four other pages of some real eyecatchers along with some well known blocks. It's a german site, here's the four pages, this block is on the last one.

Yeah I had been to thier site, thats one of the reasons I speculated it might be the Auqastar, Its the only one under special cooling that doesnt have a pic or discription. Plus Aqua/water star/that little ball in the middle....... Not for sure though.

OK I'm confused. Does the copper ball in the middle have channels for the water or ? I just noticed that in the ball right now after looking at it several times.
