Guyz I Need Answer Asap Plz.. Win Protection Error

ok.. im fixing my friends laptop reinstalling every thing u know the usual after fdisk, format, reinstall win, i get windows protection error!!!!!! wtf this guy i talked to said thats its somthen on the hd to prevent use of a disk other then quick restore... how do i get arround this i need to fix it asap cuz she needs her laptop back


ps iv reinstalled 3times this last time was the 1st time i fdisked and now its says

win protection error need to restart yadayada

c:\windows\system\vmm32.vxd missing/unable to load

I would try running delpart.exe then not formating and trying the restore disk or start installing the operating system.

were might i find this delpart.exe program?

Its an old NT program. Do a search Yahoo for delpart.exe.
