What ratio should my GPU to RAM be?

I am a n00b at overclocking, and before I was overclocking my ti200 by the GPU and the Video RAM by 5Mhz increments. Well...I was getting **** results. As soon as I got the exact specs of a regular GeForce3, my 3dmark2001SE scores jumped 300 points. For every 5Mhz on my GPU, how much should I increment the video ram??

As much as you can.

Take the ram as high as it will go. That'll increase more than the gpu as far as overclocking goes. BUt get them both as high as they can run stablely.
