how do i add things to my quick launch bar on the left of the win 98 toolbar ?

I know it is a dumb question but I won't be embarrased asking it here. LOL

Drag and drop.

You can take a shortcut and copy or move it to the taskbar. You can also do this for internal windows functions. Make a shortcut for command.exe or cmd.exe and move it to have a command prompt shortcut. The command for locking a workstation is c:/winnt/system32/rundll32.exe user32.dll, LockWorkStation and works with most NT/2000 systems. I've attached an exe that performs a normal shutdown for 2000 and XP. Drag it to the taskbar for a one click normal shutdown.
