yes and no. The software only run once every 5-10 sec (depends on your setting). The other time it is at sleep mode. Even when it is active it only use fraction of 1% CPU utilization and last maybe only 1 microsec. In anotherword it does not hurt cause all the other OS processes use more then MBM 5.
