aggressive memory timings

hi .. i've just built a rig for my m8.. i was wondering what the most aggressive mem. timings were for the k7s5a as regards ddr..
heh.. i'm an intel bod so ddr stuff is new to me ;-)
btw.. this is a really neat board for the money.. ****.. even the sblive works <rotfl>
