Question BURNING CPU's!!!!!!!!!!

OK lately it seems as if we are discussing CPU temps an awful lot. So I wen't back in time to locate this archived video. This was Tom's first video which by the way got so much response AMD actually modified theyre chips as a result. It's old news as I'm sure alot of you have already viewed it, but thought it was a Kick ass pick so here it is. The first link is to directly download. For those without broadband I've added the article itself which basically sums up the video. This use to be one of my favorite sites back in the VooDoo days, but seems as if he's always behind the times with his articles these days in my opinion. C YA!!!!!!!!!!!I've added a 3 link it's AMD's response to the vid & yes I realize this is an Intel/Abit forum HE HE

That's a classic.

I show it to all my friends who think of going over to the dark side and buying AMD! Funny, they wind up not doing it?

LOL I'm an AMD fan in fact I'm running an old slot A as well as a 1.4 T-bird. I came to the Intel side because of the overclockability of this chip. I do alot of builds for people and they wan't bang for the buck although the P4 has finally dropped to the cometative level. I hope the Prescott is bringing it because I sure as hell know AMD is. Here is a link to the impressive 754 pin count 64 bit AMD Clawhammer. I'm neither an Intel or AMD junky because as we all know competition makes the world go round. Hurray for Linux!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
