Look what I did to my mouse!

I was bored this afternoon, and started to take apart my mouse. I took note of the incredible amount of wasted wiring on the first and brightest LED, and decided to mod it - it now has two green LEDs on the sides, that light up and blink just like the red one does.

Stole those two lights straight from two 486es. (Compaq and a Tandy)

I know the one on the right sticks out farther, but oh well. I'm waiting to get a larger LED that won't stick out as far, and then this thing will be complete! Either that, or I should ground the one on the right down to size...

Don't those LED's hurt your hand, or at least bother it after a while?

Nope! It hovers right over them.

Another reason no one else should be able to use my machine.

I like that mod, I was thinking to do about the same thing. I just wanted to know how did u make the holes for those LEDs?
