cooling ideas?

i am currently running a 1.4 ghz athlon tb. I use a pelt/watercooling. My pelt is 226 watts and my cpu at about 100. After a while my temps rise to 40c. Thats way to high for me. I also notice my water heats up. My resivour is in a poland spring bottle sitting in a fridge. After reading articles i thought about putting my ice box in the resivour. Any ideas for what i could do? I also use a black ice prime rad. it dosn't seem to lower temps much so i was thinking of submerging it in my reivour with the ice box in it. Any ideas?

You aren't quite clear about your setup. Just what exactly is your reservoir? What is your ice box, a refridgerator or an ice cooler?
