I just set up a brand new computer,

asus A7V333
Athlon [email protected] - 55C Load (Asus Diode)
Audigy Plat eX
Radeon 8500DV
WD 120gb 8mb
WD 100gb 2mb
Antec 1040B

Enermax 430W PSU

My 12V is running at around 13.2V, On all my other systems this never happend? how can i fix it? or why is it happening?

Also, My Vcore which is set at defail 1.75V is sometimes running up as high as 1.9V but usually at 1.78V

where are you getting your voltage values from? From MBM or from the BIOS setup screen or from Compunurse or what? It's entirely likely that the sensor is not reading correctly if you're depending on the motherboard to supply any values. The most accurate method is to take out disconnect the PS from the comp, jumper pins 14-15 and use a separate multi-tester.
