Overclocking / Monitoring

This question could be applicable to various sections in the forums, but probably has most relevance to you cooling gurus....

What i would like to know what is the best/recommended software for monitoring temperatures within the cpu/system and also display all the other goodstuff about the system such as FSB speed/ cpu overclock speed etc. etc. I believe that there are also some that can read the harddrive temperature for those that have SMART monitoring.

I have had a look and done various searches on the web, but they all claim to be better than each other so i am completely lost now.

So, what do you lot use / recommend?

Many thanks,

I use MBM5 and am pretty happy with it. It shows some strange readings on ocassion but usually not for long. Here is a link http://bovis.gyuvet.ch/3dict/390ainet.htm
I used another program for a while that did all the smart drive monitoring and other neat things like that but unfortunately I don't recall the name of it.
