Best RAID controller???

I'm looking to buy a RAID controller for a motherboard with 66MHz, 64 bit slots. I'm thinking about either 4 disks in a RAID 0 or RAID 5. I need suggestions on RAID cards that take advantage of 66MHz and/or 64 bit PCI.

I've found a couple 3Ware cards that use 64 bit at 33 MHz and Promise cards that operate at 66MHz and 32 bit.

Any suggestions?

Here is a link to the 66MHz 64bit raid controllers I buy for work. They are a bit pricey.
But there's nothing like a disk controller with 128Mb of Cache.

The 3Ware Escalades are your best bet. Donny_Paycheck has one and loves it. Will probably be my next purchase as well so I can ditch this Promise card.
