Cant install video card

I got a geforce 3 ti200 and when i install it it dosnt seem to be detected,i have an gefoce 2 mx pci that works fine.

celeron 433@540
4 gig harddrive
192 megs ram
gigabyte GA-6vxcz-4x mobo
40x cdrom

I solved the problem, the agp port couldnt handle the 83mhz bus,
so its back at 433 instead of 540, any tips on how i can maybe
get it up to 540 again and would putting the fsb to 75 instead of
83 cause me the same problem?

Check your PCI divisors, make sure you can keep your expansion bus in spec while overclocking the fsb.
