Any suggestions for a heatsink that is high quality, but under $20.

How bout 26bucks for the Thermalright AX478. Its the highest rated heatsink on the front page.

And can I make another suggestion. If you have the Geforce 4 MX440 thats one thing, but if you are buying one dont. Get the Geforce 3 Ti200 it has full directX 8.0 support the MX440 and all of the Geforce 4 MX series cards do not.
