kt7a fans still run in standby

Talking kt7a fans still run in standby


does anyone know how to get the fans connected to headers 1 & 2 on the mobo to shut off in standby. My old mobo did this no probs. I need sleep.

Not possible. How often do you like replacing CPUs & MoBos? Even at true idle it will burn up. The second link above has a good selection of HSF combinations & some mention on noise levels.

Why not just shutdown your machine rather than requiring this typle of feature? It's safe and easy.
