overclocking memory???unlocking memory???

OK IM new.... ive read somewhere in these forums about overclocking the memory, and or unlocking memory.. is this the same as with cpu's and if so, how do you unlock memory???

you don't unlock memory. you increase mem performance when you raise the FSB.
