Question raid card, is this decent

Just wondering if anyone has used or is using this card and if so how do you like it?

Promise Fast Track 100TX2 Raid.

I am thinking about purchasing it for my dual amd setup that i am in the process of getting together.

It will consit of:
MSI K7D master
2x AMD MP 1.2ghz
2x pc2100 256 ddr ram (crucial non reg)
2x Samsung 7,200 40gig drives

I plan on doing a raid 0.

Any comments or recomendation's would be great.

Thanks

It is a great card, had one. Make sure it is a RAID card though.

That's what I have in my main rig as well. Run 4 drives in RAID 0 on it and works good. Plan on upgrading to a 4-channel 3Ware adapter sometime soon though.

yes, that card is one of the best out there..

if I didn't have onboard Raid, that would be the card I'd get.
