Perl with Apache

Hey guys. I had a server up with apache, but i had to reformat. The server is now up again, but i dont remember where to download perl so i can use cgi. can anyone help me? dont know if im allowed to put the link (you can edit if you need). www.cyphersshack.com just in case you want to check it out.
