Poor SANDRA Mem Results

I'm running an Intel 1.8A @2.4 (133FSB) with the memory running at DDR354 on a DFI NB73EA, which is a 845E based board. When running at 354Mhz, my sandra memory scores are the same as when they are running at 266Mhz. All the other tests (CPU etc.) are where they should be. Sandra is also kinda weird on this computer, I've been getting readings of 2.5V Vcore. Can anyone think of anything? Thanks.
