HI all, i have a K7S5A board, 950 Athlon, 256 ddr ram with Cheepoman bios. I cant get the system to run at 133/133 or higher and am stuck at 112/112. The cpu is running at 9.5X100 at default. when set at 133/133, will the cpu be trying to run at 9.5X133 and be too much of an overclock ? ive penciled the voltage to max and tried all the safest ram timeings.

Do i need a 266 cpu to run at these speeds ? (money is tight :( ) im fairly new to overclocking and would be grayeful for any help :)

I think that your cpu is not capable of running at 133/133.
Set at 133/133, you'll be trying to run at 9.5 X 133.
That's almost a 40% overclock.

Very few ppl have done that and they all had excellent cooling (water cooling or pelts) in order to do it.

Is there any fsb setting between 112 and 133 that you can try?

The next setting up is 124/124 i think, and it wont run at that either. :( If i get a cpu with 266fsb, will it detect at a lower multiplyer x133 or would i just be wasting money.
