Anyway to rise the 3.3V line?

After doing the VR-1 pot. turning I get
+5V = +5.19V
-5V = -4.94V
+12V = +13.1V
-12V = -12.52V

but...
+3.3V = +3.23V

Is there any way to rise it? I think it is that which is limiting my RAM going higher...
