Irq Radeon 75000

hello
I have an ATI RADEON 7500 AIW. when I reinstalled win2K, the system has assigned the IRQ number 9 to my video card AND the PCI sounf card(SB LIVE 1024) AND the network card(PCI). Do you think this is normal ? could it a source for problems???

As long as everything is working fine I dont see why it could be a problem...

but..

In fact I have problems, spcially with ATI multimedia center soft, i have somme error messages when i try to change parameteres.
I have directx 8.1, and i downloaded both drivers and MMC from the ATI WEB site.

generaly , i think my system has become unstable.
