Well, I'm done with my latest case creation - and I've hidden the evidence well, so my dad won't stumble upon it and start ****ing himself, lol. Pics:

The thing in action. You can see a corner of box in this pic, I've hidden the rest of it from view, so my dad won't find it. He thinks it'll explode in flames as soon as I turn it on.

Looks just like a normal A&H box from the front...

That long, narrow hole just above the board is where the sound/CD-ROM SCSI interface card would've gone, had the removable ISA bus connector not been blocking the PSU.

Those rubber-bands hold the hard drive in place. Even after wiping the entire inside of the box, some residual soap left behind refused to let any sort of tape stick and stay, so I had to seek an alternative solution.

This is the inside of the machine as it would be when the lid was closed. The floppy is not secured to anything - it simply rests of the top of a bundle of IDE and FDD cables.

The floppy as it would be when the thing was unpacked and open. A few seconds after this picture was taken, the thing fell off the side of the lid. :S

Inside shots. Note the VIA/Northbdige-style cooling sink on the DX2 chip.

Last shot. The board is not really held in be anything other than brute-force friction. If the cardboard at the front of the board degrades, then it might cone loose, but the HDD blocks it from flipping up and going anywhere. The PSU is held in place by a single piece of duct tape, and two wood screws I found.
