512mb ram modules getting cheaper?

512 modules still seem to cost alot more then 2*256. Does anyone have an idea on when the diferance in price might be getting smaller?

Two week ago I bought 512MB 2100 ram for $104. seemed like a good deal to me (and I think that was higher than others because I wanted a specific manufacturer). Check Pricewatch
