The TH7II will definitely do it, and probably even with recent pc800 ram. I've a pair of 4 device 800 samsung modules up to almost pc1200 but the modules, and even more importantly the drcg's on the board crap out around that speed ( around 150FSB)
 
I agree. I have an old TH7-II (bought last October) and two 128 MB Samsung RDRAMs. It's runninng stable at 2500 Mhz (156 Mhz FSB, 1.85 V set in the BIOS). My RDRAM does 133 Mhz (PC1066) stable at full speed, so it would run at least at 166 Mhz at the 3x setting.
