i'm not sure if some files get corrupt or what after i overclock too high but after i bump it bast a certain point in the bios windows starts to boot up and then it crashes, so i default the bios settings and then it continues to crash and i cannot boot at all...anyone else experience anything like this?

Yes, I've had the same thing happen. I've been able to solve it by backing off the CPU/memory speeds, and doing a repair install of Windows.
The only way to find out how far you can go is by going too far!

Something similar happened to my cousin. he just rebooted one day and it woud start loading windows and just crash. he just formated and reinstalled xp and all problems gone.
