If you only want to copy the files in e:\win95 (no subdirectories) then the command is

COPY E:\Win95\*.* C:\Win95

If there are directories in E:\Win95 you want to copy as well, then you need to use

XCOPY E:\Win95\*.* C:\Win95 /E /H /K

Hope it helps!

or

e:\win95>copy e:\win95*.* c:\win95

Here ya go! Type everything that is bold into DOS. Do what the stuff in normal type says. Don't worry about the prompt (the "c:\win95>" part). It will change with the commands.

E: [Press ENTER]
COPY E:\Win95\*.* C:\Win95 [Press ENTER]
