I know that a 1.8a loses to a XP 1800+ whe it comes to 3dmark2002. so if i increase the core speed of the intel cpu to 133, the same as the XP 1800+ will I get higher scores?

Yes but you overclock the 1.8a to 2400mhz raising the fsb to 133.

pc2700 = 166mhz ddr ram. they call it pc2700 b/c the bandwidth of the ram is 2.7gb/s.
