Th7-ii Raid

Thinking about getting this board, but i read that it might need a bios update to support woody's is this true , or are they shipping w/the new bios by now? I'de rather avoid flashing the bios if possible. Also im going to run raid will that cause me not to be able to overclock as high?

the new boards will be shipped woodie ready, prolly with the 7c bios. it doesnt really matter though, cause you will prolly use a mr natural bios.
