In normal times, Intel would expect revenues to increase 10-12% going from 3Q to 4Q. These are not normal times. Intel announced that they now expect revenues to be down almost 15%. This is pretty bad, not so much for Intel as for those who build the supporting cast around the CPU.
Things are getting rough out there. Even spam took a huge hit.
