Talk about playing for high stakes!
This is very, very unlikely to happen; this is for entertainment, not political information.
For this to occur, ALL of the following must happen:
Should all that happen, New Mexico law states that the winner is to be determined by playing a mutually-agreed upon game of chance. This actually happened last year, and the game chosen was one hand of five card poker.
