Today we have a unique feature from HIS and Lucid to test out. I’m sure most of you have heard of Lucid Hydra, and it being implemented on motherboards to allow GPUs from AMD and nVidia to play nice with one another. Oh what a tangled web Nvidia partners weave! From fancy coolers to factory over clocks, there are many Nvidia partners to choose from when selecting a video card. The 560 Ti OC2 offering from PNY does not come in a fancy, price raising brief case that looks like it holds 13 different board games, nor is it shaped like a gun with a video card inside. One also will not see two guys in suits with ear pieces sporting aviator glasses dropping this off on your door step (though a blue, brown, or green and purple guy/gal just might!), but that’s ok. You are going to have to order it online or get off the couch and into a store to go get it. But because of that, you will likely save a few bucks. PNY has graciously provided us with 560 Ti OC2 review sample and will attempt ‘XLR8′ our money towards their camp. Lets see if its worth the purchase over other partners and cards.
