MSI GTX 1070 Ti TITANIUM Video Card Review

Today we get a chance to test the newest addition to MSI’s Pascal lineup, the GTX 1070 Ti Titanium 8G video card. The announcement of a GTX 1070 Ti sparked a lot of discussion on the tech forums. Speculations on performance and price but the big question was WHY? If I had a definitive answer I’d gladly share, but I don’t. What I will share however are some performance figures and overclocking results.

As the name says this is the Titanium version with at familiar silvery finish matching MSI’s Titanium motherboard line nicely. Built on their custom PCB which MSI refers to as the “Gaming” PCB, it has plenty of power to drive it and their TwinFrozr VI cooling solution to tame it. MSI Z170A XPower Gaming Titanium Edition Motherboard Review

Our next motherboard review comes courtesy of MSI. This go around, we get a chance to look at their flagship offering, the Z170A XPower Gaming Titanium Edition motherboard… wow was that a mouthful! On the cover, it looks like the board is a mashup between the monster, overclocking based, flagship XPower series we as overclockers love, and their black and white themed Krait line which focuses more on budget minded gaming. Being an avid overclocker, I am hoping MSI sticks to their roots on the XPower Gaming Titanium Edition and takes care of the overclockers.
