AMD just launched the 6800-series, but enthusiasts are already hungry for information on the new 6900-series cards. Bit-tech has the inside scoop on benchmarks for the HD 6970.

This week’s edition of the Tech Report Podcast features some great discussion on HD 6850 and 6870, AMD’s SB800-series fan speed controller and more.

NVIDIA will be responding to AMD’s upcoming Cayman release with a card of their own. According to VR-Zone, NVIDIA’s GTX 580 will feature 512 SP, which marks a 7% increase over the GTX 480.
