Noctua has just expanded its Chromax Black line adding the legendary NH-D15S and NH-U9S CPU coolers to its impressive lineup. Both cooler are well-known for their incredible cooling as well and silent operation. But the traditional brown and tan color that has become synonymous with Noctua has been viewed as an eye-sore by many. CEO Roland Mossig has recognized this by offering more products in the growing Chromax Black line-up.
It’s been a long time coming for Overclockers.com, but we’ve finally managed to get our hands on an RTX 3080. For this review, Asus was kind enough to send the ROG Strix RTX 3080 OC along for testing. This version of the RTX 3080 includes a massive ~3 slot cooler to help keep this 320W+ monster running cool and quiet as well as more robust VRMs and slightly higher out of the box clock speeds.
For those of us who enjoy gaming on consoles as well as PC’s, Corsair has just launched it’s HS75 XB wireless headset. Marketed as Corsair’s first officially licensed headset for Microsoft Xbox, the HS75 XB was designed to be compatible with Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Series S consoles. But if you happen to be a hardcore PC gamer, you’re in luck. The HS75 XB can be connected to a PC by way of an Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows (sold separately).
Alphacool has announced yet another RTX 30 series GPU water block. The Eisblock Aurora Plexi GPX-N 3080 Founders Edition adds to the already impressive Eisblock line-up. This latest water block will feature the same upgrades as the previously released versions including the special 1 mm thick ultra-soft thermal pads, full-cover nickel-plated copper block, and included backplate. Today EVGA released a new BETA version BIOS for its 3080 FTW3 Ultra GPU that raises the power limit from 400 watts to 450 watts. While this isn’t a massive increase it may be enough to help stabilize your overclock. Naturally, updating to this BIOS does not guarantee an increase in performance but does provide for the possibility. Users who choose to install this BETA version should also verify they have adequate cooling as an increase in wattage will, in turn, increase temperatures.
This morning Corsair launched its newest mechanical keyboard, the K60 RGB PRO. Featuring the latest Cherry Viola keyswitches and ARGB lighting this keyboard should feel as nice as it looks. Watch for additional K60 series boards in the future as the K60 Pro, K60 RGB PRO SE, and K60 RGB PRO LOW PROFILE are all set to launch in the coming months. Alphacool just announced another Nvidia 30 series waterblock. The Eisblock ES Acetal GPX-N RTX 3090/3080 GPU waterblock is the full-cover type with nickel-plated copper and an acetal top.
