Biostar Announces B660M-Silver Motherboard for the budget MicroATX Space

Biostar announced a new “powerful motherboard with a classy look” MicroATX motherboard based on the B660 chipset. The new B660M-Silver sits on the B660 chipset and allows for memory overclocking, but not CPU (multiplier) overclocking. The B660M-Silver uses DDR4 memory (up to DDR5 5000), has two full-length PCIe slots (one PCIe 5.0 x16), two PCIe 4.0 x4 (64 Gbps) M.2 sockets, a capable 12-phase VRM, and Realtek ALC1220 audio. Pricing wasn’t listed but we expect this to be on the more affordable side of Alder Lake motherboards. Read Biostar’s press release below for details.
